How to Initiate a Return

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • If you used PayPal / credit card, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank / card issuer
